Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to return products purchased, without having to be obliged to let us know why you wish to return the goods within forteen days from the date of the delivery. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning goods (shipping costs from and to Naki Shoes & Bags). Returns accepted only if the items you wish to return in the same condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging along with the documents, evidence and retail packaging that came with the product. In case of refund, the refund will be completed within thirty days from the date of receiving the goods.
Change policy
You can change the items you received within 14 days of their delivery.
Contact us at 22430 23004 or via email at info@nakishoes.gr to tell us the change you want in number or type. Then you can send us the item to be returned with the company SPEEDEX A.E that we work with. In this case you will be charged with the shipping costs of the return and the new shipment. If the item is of greater value than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery (charge € 2.20) or by bank deposit. If the new item is of lower value, the difference is non-refundable and can be offset against your new purchase.
